Returns & Exchanges Policy – Kidlon

At Kidlon, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our baby care products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Exchanges Policy will guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered by Kidlon.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items purchased during promotions or discounts may be eligible for exchange only, not refunds (unless defective).

Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or refund.

2. Timeframe
Customers are required to check the product in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If any damage, wrong item, or missing product is identified, it must be reported immediately for an exchange. Once confirmed, the replacement will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that after the delivery is completed and accepted, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

with your order details and reason for return.

Verification – Our support team may request photos or proof of the defective/damaged item.

Approval – Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Resolution – Depending on availability, you will receive:

A replacement product (preferred), or

An exchange for a similar item, or

A refund through the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
Feeding bottles, nipples, and pacifiers

Breast pumps and accessories

Creams, lotions, and skincare items

Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with

5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, Kidlon will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer error (wrong address provided, refusal of delivery, etc.), shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative item of equal value or request a refund.
